• Bookings are confirmed via text message and email.

 

• I do not tolerate late cancellations (12 hours) or no shows unless you inform me of your genuine circumstance.

 

• I try to accomodate unforeseen changes however I have to reiterate that due to limited number of appointments, your deposit will not be refundable.

 

• If this policy is not suitable, I advise not to go ahead to booking.
